By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use the Service. This Agreement incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy, available at privacyfield.html, and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only, and you agree not to use it for any business or commercial purposes without our express written consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. We reserve the right to disable or terminate your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You shall not engage in any conduct that harms the Service or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: (a) using the Service for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities; (b) harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating other users; (c) posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or violent; (d) infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party; (e) using cheats, exploits, hacks, mods, or unauthorized software to alter the Service; (f) reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the Service; (g) using automated systems, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the Service, except as permitted by us; (h) interfering with or disrupting the security, functionality, or performance of the Service; (i) impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation with any entity; (j) collecting or harvesting personal information of users without their consent; (k) engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service; (l) violating any local, state, national, or international law; (m) promoting gambling or real-money trading of in-game items; (n) exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the Service; (o) attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems; (p) transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (q) engaging in any form of advertising or commercial solicitation without our permission; (r) encouraging or facilitating any prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against violations, including terminating your access and reporting to law enforcement.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, code, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Loong Rise Saga name and logo are trademarks of ours, and you may not use them without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service, except as expressly authorized by us. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation.
The Service may allow you to create, upload, post, or share content, such as text, images, videos, or comments ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the Service and our business. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or this Agreement. We are not responsible for User Content, and we may monitor, review, or remove it at our discretion. You are solely responsible for your User Content and its consequences.
The Service may offer virtual items, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features (collectively, "Purchases"). By making a Purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All Purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or as otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your device's app store settings. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions. We do not handle refunds; any refund requests must be directed to the app store (e.g., App Store or Google Play) in accordance with their policies. You acknowledge that virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past six months, or if you have not paid, then fifty dollars ($50). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your User Content; (d) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (e) your conduct in connection with the Service. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us in such defense.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Service and deleting your account. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and others that by their nature should survive shall survive termination.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or a similar body. The arbitration shall take place in [Jurisdiction], and the proceedings shall be in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. All claims must be brought within one year after the claim arises.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

If you accessed the Service through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, additional terms may apply. For Apple users, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service. For Google Play users, you acknowledge that Google is not a party to this Agreement. Both app stores have their own terms and conditions that you must comply with, including their refund and dispute resolution policies.
You agree to comply with all export and import laws and regulations of the United States and other countries. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement freely. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
By using Loong Rise Saga, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. Thank you for playing!
